Arugula Salad

with Tuna

House garlic dressing

⅔ olive oil

⅓ Sweet or Original Mc Duff vinegar

Add your favorite herbs and spices like rosemary


Salt and cayenne pepper


1) Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette for 1 minute in a blender.

2) Spread on a bed of arugula .

3) Add tuna and French shallots.

A homemade dressing usually keeps a very long time in the refrigerator. If you want a creamy, smooth sauce, add ingredients like horseradish, garlic or ginger! And if you want to prevent it freezing in the fridge, add a little water to your mixture when preparing it!
