Indian Salad


1 medium cucumber

1 small Spanish onion
1 colored pepper
5 fresh sage leaves
Mill salt

3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil

½ cup of Original Brown Sugar Vinegar

½ cup of Sweet Brown Sugar Vinegar

1 ½ cup of cold water

1) Cut the vegetables into very thin slices in a large bowl.

2) Add the other ingredients.
3) Mix, cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving!
