Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients:
1/4 shredded cabbage (about 1 liter - 4 cups)
1/2 large carrot, grated

125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
45 mL (3 tbsp) Original brown sugar vinegar
20 mL (4 tsp) sugar
2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) dry mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


1) In a salad bowl, combine the ingredients for the creamy sauce.

2) Add cabbage and carrot. Stir and serve.
